What is Hosting ?
Hosting provides the publishing and maintenance (updates) of your website by a webmaster. It also provides a URL (Uniform Resource Locator, or "website address") for your newly created website. This address may be similar to: A "domain" URL www.yourname.com can be purchased. If you are interested in your own domain name, use the domain check to see if your choice is available.

Domain name Registration Fee:
If you are registering a domain name only, Design by Nur requires payment only $25 for one year. An invoice for the paid amount will be send to you.
Hosting Fee:
If you are hosting a website Design by Nur requires payment only $100, this fee will include domain registration fee for one year. An invoice for the paid amount will be send to you.
Payment Due Dates
All payments are due upon receipt and are delinquent 10 days after the invoice date. All delinquent accounts are subject suspension at 12:01 A.M. PST of the 11th day after the invoice date.
Account Suspension and Termination:
Any delinquent or past due account, unpaid account, NSF check, is considered a violation of the Design by Nur Terms and Conditions and is subject to suspension and termination, without notice, at 12:01 A.M. PST. of the 11th day after the invoice date. Violations of the Design by Nur Terms and Conditions not associated with account delinquency are subject to immediate account suspension and termination, without notice. Any account suspension or termination is deemed "with cause" and legally justified and client waives any and all rights they may have under any statue in any jurisdiction for any and all action against Design by Nur for any past, present, or future damages that may result from the account suspension and termination. All active accounts will be suspended or terminated, including all email, and access to all servers will be disabled. A suspended or terminated account can only be reinstated after all delinquent invoices are paid in full.
The billing terms for maintenance to the website:
Net due 10 days.
Changes or updates will not be released to your website until payment for services has been received. You will be given a URL to review changes/updates at the time you receive your invoice.
Payments not received by the due date are charged a 5% late charge for each billing period the payment is late.
If payment is not received within 60 days of the completion of your work, your account will be cancelled.
Domain expire fee
When a domain name reaches its expiry date if no renewal request has been received Design by Nur will send a renewal reminder to the registrant. If we have not received a renewal request seven days before expiry or a request has been received but the payment terms have passed then Design by Nur will issue a invoice to the registrant of that domain name by email and post. If you wish to keep same domain name but you made late payment, do not forget there is $80 late fee and takes 3 business days to take the domain name put back online again.
