5. It should provide credible, original content. Your web site content is everything. You need to give accurate information as much as possible. Web sites should be updated regularly. For the information to be valuable it should be well-edited too.
6. It should be well orginized. Use comfortable navigating your site. Do not force to user to discover your web site content and links. If your information is not appear, you have to dig for it, most users will skip to look for it. Time is everything. Give users the information as quick as possible.
7. It should have consistent look. Users feel more comfortable if you maintain a consistent look and feel throughout your site. keep a theme. If every page of your site looks different, that can be big turn off for the users. It also shows, amature design implement.
